General Purpose

To manage and oversee operations on and off season for all kids’ clubs. Support the Little Guest Director with any assigned tasks. Aim to develop the offering and enhance the satisfaction and experience for all guests and staff. To support all resorts in operations, training and role model best practice for managers - set up kid’s clubs, auditing and travelling is required throughout the season.



Your main accountabilities

Manage the recruitment of energetic professionals who are passionate, experienced and have value to add to the team
Train the childcare, front office and babysitting teams, assess and monitor standards
HR tasks, manage payroll files, update staff rota, timer corrections, dismissal forms and exit lists.
Use Trip Around/Opera for Sani/Ikos resorts, oversee kids club managers during operations
Procurement and purchasing for the kids’ clubs, receiving deliveries and processing invoices
Manage guest communication/ nanny requests prior to season starting, support, train and oversee managers to take over in season
Manage the operations for the kids’ clubs and babe watch services across the resorts, compile monthly ops reports and review managers’ weekly reports and activity timetables
Book flights, travel to resorts to provide operational support and audit kid’s clubs to ensure safety standards are being met
Liaise and co-operate with Marketing Team, Hotel Managers, Sports & Recreation, Entertainment and F&B departments to ensure smooth running of department services and guest experience
Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage guest complaints in a compliant and professional manner
Be solution focused, identify and address problems, find opportunities for development and growth
Manage events and external co-operator activities such as swimming, clay, art classes, blue flag day etc.
Ensure all childcare team members follow policies, procedures and relevant health and safety regulations
Manage weekly feedback from kid’s clubs and via Ezy

About you

Degree in childcare or relevant subject
2 years’ experience managing preferably working within a luxury environment
Experience working with children and families
Experience working within an innovative inspiring children's environment
Experience working with a multinational customer mix
Confident and able to communicate to a high standard with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English additional language would be a plus
Computer literate
Strong organizational skills
