We’re currently in search of a Director of Sustainability & Community Services to serve as the leading technical resource for health and environmental compliance areas at 1 Hotel South Beach . This leader will be responsible for monitoring the hotel’s environmental impact and advocate for ways to improve it. They will also be responsible for all community outreach programs and events for both employee experience and guest engagement.

This leader will be responsible for monitoring the hotel’s environmental impact and advocate for ways to improve it. They will also be responsible for all community outreach programs and events for both employee experience and guest engagement.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, OSHA and CDC policies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Public Health or related field required, Master’s degree desirable
- A minimum of 5 years of similar work experience preferred
