We are looking for a Service Manager - Hygiene & Sanitation

 

As a Service Manager - Hygiene & Sanitation, we rely on you to:

  • To carry out training in hygiene food preparation practices

  • Assist related departments in identifying problems and developing solutions to reduce guest complaints 

  • Monitor all related departments the conditions of SFS &HACCP system implement

  • Adhere and enforce set rules and procedures of the Hotel

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Qualified training programs on hygiene and food safety controls

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity

  • Details oriented person

  • Displays initiative

  • Commitment to professional values

  • Well Known SFS Policy and HACCP System

  • Have SFS Audit and HACCP Audit experience
