1. Discussion with General Manager on the training needs of the hotel, which is in alignment with the Hotel’s Strategic plan;
2. Discussion with Division/Department Heads to identify performance gap between desired results and actual employees’ performance;
3. Conduct focus group discussion with employees to identify training needs.
