Part-Time Employee Services Clerk

Job Summary:
Handling daily operation for the Employee Services Office, while maintaining accuracy of procedures, total compliance of guidelines for audits and meeting all standards within the Guest Service Mantra.
Responsibilities Include :
- Providing excellent service to Six Flags team members and meeting all standards of the Six Flags Mantra.
- Completing all daily tasks as required.
- Monitoring time system to ensure accuracy for in/out time, breaks, disputes etc.
- Monitoring fifteen year-old employees on a daily basis by enforcing compliance of state and federal laws.
- Overseeing attendance tracking for all seasonal employees.
- Enforce various policies and guidelines, including Dress Code and Grooming guidelines for all team members.
- Scheduling new team members for Orientation and Department Training.
- Assisting with wardrobe distribution.
- Maintaining files for all seasonal team members.
- Conducting employment verifications as requested.
- All other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must possess :
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written with an emphasis on Customer Service.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with at least one year of park experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be able to commit to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and work well with all departments in a very fast paced environment!
