Assistant Bar Manager - Soho House Amsterdam

We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to oversee the smooth running of our member’s bars operation whilst delivering exemplary service. As Assistant Bar Manager you will be supervising all bar areas, communicating closely with the bar and floor team and help with all the bar related tasks. You will support the Bar Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team. You always create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure all bars runs smoothly and our members have a pleasant experiences.

What we are looking for

• Have 2 years in relevant management experience in food & beverage outlets with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality and service-oriented operation
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues and leads the team from the front
• Have time management, organization and admin skills
• Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
• Resilient and capable of managing stressful situations
• Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction
