"Maintain daily working at front desk to assist front office manager in increasing the hotel’s profitability.
Most important to serve a good service and ensure guest stays at Radisson Collection Hotel, Hyland Shanghai are comfortable and an experience to remember.
Monitors guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests satisfaction is being achieved through guest’s recognition and prompt cordial attention.
Works closely with departments to make sure guest satisfaction and improve guest comments score.
