Telefèric Barcelona Restaurant Group, is now hiring a Restaurant Manager for one of our locations in CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES.

Position duties:
- Responsible for coordinating management aspects of The Restaurant.
- Maintain or exceed service levels and philosophy set by Teleferic Barcelona standards.
Work with the culinary team to execute flawless dining experiences for our guests.
- Ensure that all dining experiences are quick and efficient and meet set and expected time requirements that have been set to ensure satisfaction.
- Solve any problems during service and interact with guests while in service.
- Develop and implement restaurant strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the customer.
- Control labor and increase employee engagement.

About you

We are looking for a passionate professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar fine dining restaurant.

The candidate should be willing to relocate to San Francisco and able to successfully manage a restaurant team. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and in English
  • Languages required: Spanish and English.

Our story begins in Sant Cugat on December 18th, 1993, although the origins are difficult to locate. Emotional ties to the Basque Country and Navarra have marked a path that has brought us here. Come from the world of art and culture, good taste and sensitive lovers of fine cuisine, opened the RONDES, a small 430 sq feet establishment in Sant Cugat del Valles. Seduced by the Basque cuisine, home cooking lovers, and limited by the space of that small place, we started our path between small tapas made with quality product, aware of being innovative at a time in which the culture of pintxos was just awaking at our house. After three years, on September 3rd, 1996, the RONDES became a little bigger. We inaugurated Teleferic, a modern and innovative establishment. More comfortable but true to our original concept. Backed by the loyalty of our customers and friends, and for a product more and more elaborated, our offer has grown, and our clients too, far beyond the town of Sant Cugat. Illustrious visitors, afternoon gatherings, cocktail nights and music to round up even more that kitchenette that gradually grew. Nineteen years after the start, Teleferic makes a new stop in Barcelona opening the doors to a new location with the same enthusiasm with which the RONDES was released. Located in the Plaza de Letamendi, the road and the project continues ...

We come from a world of art and culture, delicate palates, and deep affection for exquisite cuisine. Seduced by Basque gastronomy and a passion for the culinary industry we introduced an innovative style of elaborate Spanish Tapas and Pintxos of the highest quality.
Today we are so proud to be have open our new home in California, the United States, and we are eager to grow and expand such an outstanding gastronomy experience.
