The Cavendish London is a 230 bedroom 4-star deluxe hotel, perfectly located in the heart of central London's Piccadilly, equidistant from Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations.

We are a contemporary hotel, with great facilities, including 5 well equipped & stylish Meeting/Conference Rooms, along with the Mayfair Lounge & Grill, providing a fine dining experience.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, our Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective running of the Front Office department. Working with fellow heads of department it is your aim to have your team working to high performance, exceeding our guests expectations.

As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Front Office department within the hotel
  • Leading, motivating and communicating effectively to the team aiming for high performance
  • Ensure compliance, security, health & safety throughout the property as assumes role within crisis management proceedings
  • Make sure the appropriate standards and guidelines to adhered to, to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Be a point of escalation aiming to seek resolve for customer management
  • Working towards Guest Satisfaction at all times

The ideal Front Office Manager candidate would have:

  • Ability to be flexible with working patterns to support the business during the week
  • Be self-motivated, highly responsible and professional and a team player
  • Previous experience in being a head of department within a hotel environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced experience with RMS (our current PMS) is desirable
