Reporting to the Senior Manager of B2B Product Marketing for Hospitality Solutions, the Marketing Specialist for B2B Product Marketing will assist in the coordination and execution of product marketing activities for several of our industry-leading SaaS and advertising products. S/he will gather customer insights and lead market research to influence and inform product messaging, positioning, and product roadmaps. In collaboration with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, s/he will develop go-to-market plans and create new strategies for educating our customers on the value of our product suite. In this newly-established role, you will be part of, and help shape, a small but growing Product Marketing function at Tripadvisor, within the B2B Hospitality Solutions group.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop messaging, positioning, and narratives around new and existing products, articulating the benefits and use cases of our solutions in a cohesive and compelling way.

Conduct and synthesize customer insights, competitive research, industry and market trends. Establish a process for the ongoing collection and distribution of key findings to functional stakeholders. 

Create content marketing assets (articles, white papers, testimonials, etc.) and sales enablement tools (pitch decks, one pagers, battlecards, etc.) that generate demand and help move prospects & customers through the sales funnel.

Collaborate and partner daily with colleagues across Product, Sales, Creative and beyond on the creation and execution of campaigns to launch new products and drive continued growth.

Identify key metrics, set goals, and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and product launches

Project manage new product and campaign initiatives and drive projects to completion on time

What we seek:

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or related field

2+ years’ work experience in a Marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS and a multi-product portfolio

An understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to operate within product-led teams; Comfortability and familiarity working with product and technology partners

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Adapts easily and quickly to change

A strong cross-team collaborator and relationship-builder 

Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

Passion for the travel sector and our hotel and restaurant business partners
