About the job

Preparations are being made for further digitization at our Customer Service Center . The wishes and needs of our customers and internal colleagues must be inventoried to avoid assumptions.

In this role you often interact with other departments and colleagues, such as Key Account assistants, Sales field staff, Data specialists etc.

The department is dynamic and is characterized by short lines. As an intern you are fully part of the team. During the internship you get a lot of freedom to think and work on various projects. In short, a fun and educational internship!

The most common activities include:
Conducting service research towards the Out Of Home platform and preparation for further digitization;
Set up and implement various projects related to digitization;
Digitization of orders, web chat, web forms etc;
follow-up of customer contacts (via email or telephone);
Implement improvements.
What we offer:
An internship fee of € 500 per month based on 40 hours;
Travel allowance if you are not in possession of a student travel product;
