What will I be doing?
Achieve sales budget and increase sales by driving more business to all segments of the industry (rooms, M&E, F&B…)
Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise revenues
Work with the Team on sales activities
Manage and mentor more junior members of the team
Generate new business through market research
Represent UPSIDE at industry networking events and Sales Trips and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits
Work towards personal Corporate, Group and M&E revenue goals and KPOs
Cross-sell UPSIDE globally to a maximise revenue opportunities

At least 3 years’ experience in sales who can make a quick impact in our team
Are a people person who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships
Are enthusiasm and those who get a kick out of working autonomously

You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
