About the job
The main responsibilities of the Night Manager On Duty are:
Representing property management in resolving any guest or property related situation during the night shift in full autonomy.
Managing the flow of questions and directs guests accordingly.
Serves as Guest Relations Manager/Front Desk Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.
Completes end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date.

You are confident with front desk operations and procedures and can supervise the other team members easily. You will be in charge of the night shift operations and act as the point of reference for both guests and talents always in compliance with W Hotels standards.

About you
Knowledge of luxury and lifestyle hospitality standards and operating procedures
Ideally, knowledge of Opera

The company
W Milan, the second property of W Hotels in Italy, will debut in country’s fashion capital this Autumn, located in Piazzetta Bossi, just behind the world-renowned Teatro alla Scala and moments from the bohemian Brera neighbourhood.
The project of Studio Urquiola has reinterpreted the Italian Rationalist architecture of the original 50’s building with a vibrant and contemporary interior design that catches the Milanese essence through its colours, materials, finishings and inspirations.
