About The Opportunity

 WeWork is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Member Solutions for its Americas Service Delivery team. This role will work directly with prospective members in client relations, engineering design development, and project management. 

As Senior Manager, Member Solutions, you will work with these members to develop standards specific to them for implementation into a variety of WeWork locations. You will collaborate with WeWork’s internal sales team, specialist technology teams (Building Technology Engineering, Network Engineering, AV and Security), and multiple internal design teams (Architecture, MEP, Interior designers, Construction) and outside consultants (Low Voltage, AORs, EORs) who will be tasked with delivery of new office space for the member.  The primary objective of this position is to exceed member expectations in the delivery and design of the core technology components of our WeWork memberships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent technical, communication and customer service skills who is looking to excel in a client facing role. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of bringing together SMEs to collaborate and rapidly solve problems. Please be willing to travel as needed throughout the region in which you work.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Serve as a WeWork members initial point of contact within the WeWork Technology Department, focusing on an excellent member experience while being solution oriented

  • Report to the department Director and work collaboratively with the entire Member Solutions team to assist in identifying best practices and improving process

  • Oversee a variety of Member Solutions projects in various WeWork markets

  • Serve as an SME and escalation point for Member Solutions Leads for custom solutions

  • Collaborate with the Member Solutions Director to establish department KPI’s and metrics

  • Review legal contracts and membership agreements as needed for client stipulations

  • Follow key accounts providing white-glove service and scalable solutions to satisfy the members technical requirements 

  • Assist with the interview and hiring process for potential Member Solutions candidates

  • Assist with the  training and onboarding of new Member Solutions team members

  • Gain understanding of existing and future infrastructure standards as well as WeWork technology product offerings in order to provide the ideal solution for our Members

  • Identify and deliver additional revenue for WeWork through the sale and design of technology services.  Provide seamless handover of design to field services to implement.  

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with potential new/incoming members to discuss IT, AV, and Security requirements and offer exemplary technology solutions

  • Work with our Technical Solutions and Marketplace teams to assist with launching and documenting new product offerings to ensure a successful rollout 

  • Support Sales and Real Estate teams in pre-sales client calls and tours

  • Create sales tools and client facing documentation outlining standard technology offerings

  • Work with internal Building Technology design and deploy engineers, architects, MEP engineers, designers and BIM specialists as they develop schematic level handover packages to consultant design teams or design/build contractors

  • Coordinate and collaborate with peers across disciplines to ensure delivery of projects, including schedule, budget, technical and installation oversight

  • Work internally with Building Technology Engineering team to specify, procure and deliver IT/AV and Security hardware as needed

  • Build strong relationships with our Members and partner Technology teams by using your specialized capabilities and your ability to influence a positive outcome

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Information Technology

  • 5+ years experience working in a client facing consulting role 

  • Preferential to have experience working with Fortune 500 companies.  

  • Broad knowledge of low voltage infrastructure, systems networking, telecommunications, audio visual design and electronic security.

  • Understanding of network architecture and information security compliance

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings and specifications

  • Revit and AutoCAD experience is a plus

  • Technical sales/solutions architecture experience is a plus

  • Strong project management skills for team coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and supply-chain management

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality

  • Familiar with project management software and practices
