The Role
The Director, Corporate Finance will be responsible for driving the execution of the company’s key strategic initiatives, working closely with key senior leaders of the organization across all functional areas. This role will also be key in developing and delivering the long range financial planning process for the organization, developing the WHR growth story for all key financial metrics. This position will provide financial and strategic support at an enterprise level for the managing the execution of the company’s external guided performance. The position will serve as a key member of the WHR financial leadership team and serve as a business partner supporting senior executives within the organization and assisting to operationalize & measure key strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Benchmarking analysis vs our competitors in key external metrics, working to develop method for best positioning Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in the investment community.
- Analyze, track, and report out on financial impacts of key strategic initiatives.
- Manage the external WHR development pipeline, look to drive reporting efficiencies and gain better visibility and insight into financial impacts.
- Prepare financial presentations to senior executives.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Business degree or MBA a plus, but not required.
- Strong excel and financial modeling ability.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive finance experience in forecasting, business analysis or other finance functions.
