I’ m a dynamic Hospitality professional, with more than 12 years of experience working in the luxury Hospitality industry (5 star Hotels, 3 Michelin stars Restaurants, of which 4 in a managerial role.
I have experience at all level in the entire F&B department, including pre-opening and opening of fine dining establishment. In my management roles, I have proved to be an efficient, enthusiastic, and strong leader. My value was demonstrated at highest Level of service, while working with top chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse and Eric Ripert.
During my career I have always been recognized as an outstanding professional. I have always demonstrated confidence and determination in achieving the task or resolving issues that I’m faced with. I have a naturally leadership skill set, which I have always proven during my previous employment.
