About me

I have been decorating cakes, cookies, cupcakes for weddings, birthdays, baby shower and corporate events more than ten years. I'm a seasoned cake decorator with a passion for recreating Disney characters, human characters, flowers and animals, cars and more by using sugar paste.
Over five years, I have been teaching pastry for lots of students as a pastry instructor. I am teaching a wide range of pastry training, covering cookies, macarons, meringues, profiteroles, pies, cheesecakes, cream cakes, cake decorations instant and sourdough yeast products such as babka, pita, Chicago deep pizza, calzone, Czech kolache, focaccia, ciabatta, sandwich bread, buns, challah etc.
I am also working on healthy desserts such as such as raw, gluten free desserts (brownies, mousse, trifles, pies, cakes, cookies).
