I’m a 3D cake decorator. I have been decorating cakes, cookies, cupcakes for weddings, birthdays, baby shower and corporate events more than ten years. I'm a seasoned cake decorator with a passion for recreating Disney characters, human characters, flowers and animals, cars and more by using fondant.
I’m also a pastry instructor. teaching main pastry techniques to my students for more than 8 years. Covering wide range of pastry training, covering cookies, macarons, meringues, profiteroles, pies, cheesecakes, cream cakes, and cake decorations.
As a bakery chef. I am preparing sourdough and yeast products such as babka, pita, Chicago deep pizza, calzone, Czech kolache, focaccia, ciabatta, sandwich bread, buns, challah, baguette, croissant, Danish, pain au chocolate, sultana roll etc.
At the same time, I’m working with a dietitian to prepare healthy desserts and foods recipes such as raw, gluten-free desserts and vegetable soups, wraps, lavash, vegetable balls with quinoa, lentil dumpling, buckwheat dolma etc.

• Designing, preparing, and decorating different patterns on cakes, cookies, cupcakes using royal icing, fondant, buttercream according to customer specifications and preferences of private / corporate customers. • Developing and executing innovative desserts, incorporating ingredients and customer preferences. • Preparing ‘Display Cake’ for wedding celebration and design layer cakes • Modelling different types of characters, flower-making, shaping objects by using fondant • Baking sourdough and yeast products • Tracking the stock of baking ingredients and the best price of the ingredients for the orders and checking the availability of the goods in the market. • Maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. • Order management of new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, within budget to able to follow recipes and instructions accurately. • Conducting research on emerging pastry trends to introduce new and exciting recipes. • Planning the daily activities for the orders’ preparation and baking • Training and mentoring pastry chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Teaching how to bake and decorate pastries by using sugar paste, buttercream, and modelling objects to my students. • Performing the kitchen activities and birthday parties for the kids.
I have fulfilled the requirements of the 2-year study prescribed by the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Department of the Faculty of Open Education for the Culinary Art Program. The content of this program includes Sociology of Food, Gastronomy and Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Tourism, Introduction to Nutrition, Fundamentals of Gastronomy, Introduction to Beverages, Basic Cooking Techniques, Culture of Turkish Cuisine, Food Legislation and Quality Management.
