It was during the 19th century that Léon Riesener, first cousin of Eugène Delacroix, acquired the land situated between the "Rue Bayard" and " Le cours Albert 1er" on which, 40 year later, Charles Ferry would build a Mansion house.

The Damantin Paris Hotel & SPA has retained its Louis XIII façade. Ornamented with sculpted wrought iron balconies and architectural details typical of the 19th century

The refined selection of materials such as marble, wood, brass and tweed mingle with elegant combinations of colors that brings comfort and serenity to this Mansion house.

The wellness space includes a magnificent 14-meter swimming pool, accented by three majestic chandeliers by Lucien Gault. Artworks are displayed along the length of the pool. Also enjoy our traditional sauna which remains the reference for the lovers of the bath of heat.
