Immersed in this setting, you will participate in networking opportunities to develop your connections and share insights with faculty members, industry leaders and peers. ▶ Real-World Application In a culminating Capstone Project, you will put your new skills and knowledge to use to solve a real-world hospitality business challenge. You will draw on your theoretical knowledge, research skills and business acumen to prepare a solution that covers the strategic, financial and operational aspects.
