About the role
To lead a Digital Commerce start-up function within an established business, providing the opportunity to make real change and a create a long-lasting legacy for Digital Commerce across AMEA.

With full results responsibility across the entire portfolio and all Digital Commerce platforms in the region, you will build incredible capability, rapidly accelerating Bacardi Digital Commerce business.

Fearlessly craft and implement brilliant Digital Commerce strategies, based on astute consumer insights, that drive value creation and allow our brands to reach greater heights.

About You
- You will inspire innovative Digital Commerce campaigns that push the boundaries, delivering commercial growth whilst nurturing brand equity.
- You can work within ambiguity, identify trends, think big and act quickly, maximizing on long- and short-term opportunities.
- You are an inclusive Leader who places consumer insights at the heart of your work and shares your learnings with the Global Digital Commerce organization.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
- Keeping the consumer at the heart, create and implement key customer strategies to attain sales revenue targets and achieve company goals, to include Delivery Apps, Marketplaces, Online specialists and online retail ‘giants’
- Negotiate annual terms and IAP planning ensuring a long-term sustainable investment and growth model
- Responsible for the P&L ensuring YoY improvements in revenue and gross profit across customers
- Accountable for Trade and A&P budgets: Work cross-functionally to manage trade investment and A&P budgets, reports and follow up with spendings
- Set up effective ways of working with local markets, accomplishing long term agreements to develop digital commerce partners to ensure the right development of the digital ecosystem
- Identify, quantify, and develop growth opportunities and communicate findings to the local and global management team
- Act as the Digital Commerce expert for the region. Lead, plan and execute the short and long term strategic plan and help build broad organizational Digital
- Commerce expertise through coaching and training
- Further develop existing customer relationships through fact-based industry and category insights both at higher category level as well as using partners specific data
- Facilitate the building of strong top-to-top relationships with key customer executives
- Ensure alignment and integration of Digital Commerce into the customer marketing teams

Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy:
- Experience of direct selling, managing, planning & marketing experience with Digital Commerce partners, including Delivery Apps, Marketplaces and Specialist pure players
- FMCG expertise is highly valued
- Ability to determine current and future Digital Commerce trends, having an emphasis on planning, forecasting, building Digital Commerce and internal specific programs
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Extensive experience in P&L management and developing new accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic account planning ability through IAP negotiations
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
