 Le/la Coordonnateur(rice), hébergement et restauration assiste le Directeur des opérations et les gestionnaires de l’hébergement et de la restauration dans leurs tâches administratives. Il/elle anticipe et répond aux besoins, faisant preuve d’autonomie, de réactivité et d’un grand sentiment de confidentialité. Il/elle travaille étroitement avec tous les départements (hébergement et restauration) de l’hôtel et apporte son aide afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs.  

Responsabilités principales 

  • Répondre aux demandes générales des invités, des fournisseurs, des employés et des visiteurs de manière efficace, courtoise et professionnelle ; 

  • Maintenir la confidentialité des informations dans l’hôtel, y compris les conversations, les informations personnelles et les dossiers des invités, résidents et employés ;  

  • Entrer, maintenir et mettre à jour l’information dans les systèmes informatiques ; 

  • Préparer des lettres, mémos et autres documents à l'aide d'un logiciel de traitement de texte, de tableaux, de base de données ou de plateforme de présentation ; 

  • Coordonner et aider à la planification et à l'exécution de certains événements liés aux relations avec les invités et les employés ;   

  • Compiler, copier, trier et archiver les enregistrements des activités de bureau, des transactions commerciales et autres ;  

  • Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant et sa distribution ; 

  • Créer et gérer des systèmes de classement et d’organisation sur support informatique et papier pour les enregistrements, les rapports, les documents, etc ; 

  • Aider dans la planification des horaires des employés du département de la restauration, au besoin, en se référant aux chefs de département ; 

  • Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe. 



Qualifications et compétences souhaitées 

  • Solides compétences informatiques, y compris une connaissance pratique de MS Word, Excel, Publisher et Power Point, et des systèmes d’hôtellerie ; 

  • Haut niveau de professionnalisme et d’intégrité tout en préservant la confidentialité du bureau; 

  • Attention au détail et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement à aire ouverte et dynamique ; 

  • Intérêt et aptitude à offrir un service hors pair à nos clients internes, externes et nos fournisseurs, en anticipant les besoins

  • Détenir un haut niveau de vocabulaire en anglais et en français, et savoir écrire de manière stylée, professionnelle et avec une excellente grammaire ; 

  • Personnalité sociable et serviable, être souriant ; 

  • Être organisé, méticuleux et débrouillard ; 

  • Faire preuve de créativité et d’esprit d’initiative ; 

  • Expérience antérieure de 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire ; 

  • Diplôme collégial en en gestion hôtelière, en administration ou domaine connexe.

Rooms and Food & Beverage Coordinator  

Departments: Rooms and Food and Beverage   

Reports to: Hotel Manager

The Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is an ideal research spot for those wishing to share their experience with others. We are looking for a person who has a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, a concern for quality, a cultural sensitivity and a sense of customer service. 

The Executive and Food & Beverage Coordinator assists the Hotel Manager and operational managers in their administrative duties.  He/She anticipates and responds to needs while demonstrating autonomy, responsiveness and a great sense of confidentiality. He/She will also work closely with all rooms and food & beverage departments of the hotel and helps to achieve common goals. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Respond to general inquiries from guests, suppliers, employees and visitors in an efficient, courteous and professional manner ;

  • Enter, maintain and update information in computer systems ; 

  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents with word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software ; 

  • Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of certain guest and employee relations events ; 

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and its distribution ; 

  • Create and manage computer and paper filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. ; 

  • Compile, copy, sort and archive records of office activities, commercial transactions and others; 

  • Maintain information confidentiality in the hotel, including conversations, personal information and guest records ; 

  • Support the scheduling of employees within the kitchen department using the guidance of the Department Heads ;  

  • Perform any other related tasks. 



Desired Qualifications and Skills 

  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point, and hospitality systems ; 

  • High level of professionalism and integrity while preserving the confidentiality of the office ; 

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic and open work environment ; 

  • Interest and ability to provide outstanding service to our internal and external customers and our suppliers, and anticipate their needs ; 

  • High level of vocabulary in English and French, and be able to write in a stylish, professional manner, with excellent grammar ; 

  • Sociable and helpful personality, smiling while interacting with others; 

  • Organized, meticulous and resourceful ; 

  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative ; 

  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position ;

  • College diploma in hotel management, administration or related field.
