What will I be doing?

As the Business Development Senior Manager, All-Inclusive Sales, you will build, develop and lead new business strategies targeting mid to large cap all-inclusive customers across all segments – Group, Business Travel Sales, and Leisure – and mine for all-inclusive opportunity within our existing accounts. By utilizing your strategic prospecting and selling expertise, you will actively pursue and improve opportunities for Hilton. You will form new business partnerships, for the all-inclusive business segment, targeting accounts meeting Hilton’s hotel spend thresholds.

More specifically, you will:

  • Be a high-energy hunter, who can independently build lead funnels reaching decision makers and leadership teams of corporate accounts.
  • Craft and execute strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities. This includes building and communicating a business plan targeting high yield market segments and meeting with, and addressing, senior level executives.
  • Represent the company at trade organizations, business associations and on industry teams.
  • Acquire new customers, through formalized partnership agreements, with customized Hilton solutions, services and offerings. You may also be tasked with leading a base of accounts that you will support through this discovery.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills while employing tact with high-level executives and customers on a global scale
  • Strong negotiation skills to optimize value for partners
  • Organization skills to give superb attention to detail with a self-starter mentality that includes a balance of confidence and collaboration


To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of seasoned experience within/or supporting the all-inclusive market
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of hospitality experience within a full-service hotel or as a customer buyer
  • Two (2) years or more in Sales, or Event Services/Planner with a hotel of 500 rooms or more or as a customer buyer
  • Two (2+) years of Business Development experience
  • Experience within the Latin America & Caribbean markets
  • Up to 20% Travel


It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Five (5) years of seasoned experience selling or supporting the all-inclusive market
  • Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience within a full-service hotel or as a customer buyer
  • Experience with negotiating global agreements
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish with effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
