What will I be doing?
As the Manager, Brand & Enterprise Marketing - Greater China and Mongolia (GCM), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Implement our China enterprise marketing strategy and multi-channel marketing activities for maximum commercial and brand impact.

  • Support the defining and creating of in-market strategies; lead campaign execution in conjunction with Global Centers of Excellence - Media planning, PR, Social, Marketing Operations and Performance; and deliver exceptional multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive business results and brand love.

  • Work closely with the Corporate (Global & Asia Pacific) Brand Marketing Teams, Commercial Services, Operations, Design & Technical Services, Development, Brand Performance Services and Hospitality to ensure adherence to the Global & Asia Pacific Brand Marketing Strategies and Identity Standards; at the same time to drive in-region relevance and efficiency. 

  • Support the Director, Brand Enterprise - GCM to define in-market strategies for China aligned with China Commercial, Global and Asia Pacific goals. 
  • Lead Brand Enterprise campaigns execution, in conjunction with media planning and PR, and create a high-impact website presence that drives conversion, all in service of driving business results and brand love.
  • Use research, analytics, and metrics to inform consumer insights, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop strong and engaging creative.
  • Establish campaign opportunities and key performing metrics, track and evaluate ROI, report and share results.
  • Manage the campaign budget and operate within parameters.
  • Champion the Brand:
    • Communicate the brand strategy internally; be a resource for team members to understand and uphold the strategy.
    • Work closely with Marketing & eCommerce Consulting, and Brand Performance Services to conduct brand marketing trainings and ensure compliance.
    • Monitor key brand metrics in the region and provide support, including but not limited to: pipeline and growth, BDRC or equivalent brand tracker, PR Share of Voice, etc.
    • Act as brand consultant for internal and external parties and stakeholders by being a strong influencer and support them to accomplish tasks while achieving brand marketing goals.
    • Support Openings team to open on-brand.
    • Support other departments (such as Development team and Technical Services team) with brand immersion for Team Members, hotel teams and Designers).

What are we looking for?
A Manager, Brand & Enterprise Marketing - Greater China and Mongolia serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience

  • At least 5 years of brand marketing experience in MNC

  • Experience in developing, activating and driving brand campaigns in China

  • Resourceful, creative, flexible with strong collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver brand marketing campaigns in China

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Able to effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects under pressure, including appropriate prioritization of projects

  • Sound knowledge of a spectrum of communication tools – such as digital, social media, public relations as well as measurement and metrics

  • Chinese and English speaking to meet business needs
