We are delighted to announce we have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate to assume the position of Hotel Manager of our Royal National Hotel – the largest hotel in the UK with over 1600 rooms, 4 F&B outlets and conferencing that can seat up to 700 delegates. We are starting the recruitment for this critical role now, with a view to the successful candidate starting in February (subject to notice).

As Hotel Manager of this incredible ‘resort’ situated in the heart of London, you will be responsible for taking the hotel’s operations to the next level. You will lead, create and develop high performing, competent and motivated teams able to deliver exceptional guest experiences first time, every time. You will be able to demonstrate a wide range of leadership and management skills and drawing on your extensive background in Hospitality and Leisure you will be committed to quality guest services and exceptional business results.

Your business acumen and commercial competence will be second-to-none, as will your values-driven behaviour, positive attitude and personal strength of character.

With a visible passion for the hotel business you will:
- Build, lead and manage all departments in the hotel to achieve outstanding performances
- Create and develop a strong values driven culture within the hotel by engaging, developing and empowering team members
- Drive commercial best practices, maximizing on growth opportunities to deliver solid financial and revenue outcomes
- Champion people and performance excellence, leading by example
- Develop and progress the “big picture” future for the hotel whilst maintaining a sharp eye for the day-to-day operational details
- Oversee the hotel's guest services to ensure effective, efficient delivery that meets and, where possible, exceeds guests’ expectations.
- Ensure Company values and ethics are honored, and operational standards are consistently delivered and evolved where necessary
- Proactively manage achievement of KPIs for the hotel, its departments and the teams
- Demonstrate full knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage all audit processes to a high standard.
- Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs.
