As a Commis II for Beersmith Kitchen, we rely on you to

• Under the direction of supervisor and food specifications, prepare a variety of food and ensure the quality and safety of the food;
• Cook the staff meal; 
• Good understanding of food safety regulations;

We are looking for someone who

• With at least 4 years kitchen experience in an international hotel;
• Good understanding of different kitchen procedures and good mastering of the food preparation and quality control;
• Be able to work independently according to the working regulations and quality specifications, have equivalent technique level.
