Webhelp is looking for Service Desk Agents with experience in call centers and proficient in English to join our team in Monterrey with a monthly salary $12,000 plus benefits. As first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing technical support to improve the customer experience, offering proactive solutions to any installation or usage issues our customers might face.

You will be required to respond to emails, messages and phone calls from international customers, making sure that they enjoy the product experience.

We want you if you’ve got:
- Strong communications skills in English (speaking and writing)
- Call center experience required recently minimum 1 year (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)
- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers
- Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting user issues by identifying, investigating and researching questions and problems related to phone hardware, software and network operating problems from first contact to resolution
- Basic MS Office package knowledge required (Windows)
- Knowledge of Avaya CMS
- Experience with basic printer and software installation
- Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment is essential and working to and exceeding targets is desirable
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
