WeWork is seeking a Sales Manager to help lead its sales efforts in a portfolio of Southeast Asian markets.

This full-time position sits within a successful Sales team that reports to the Sales Director and will be based in our Singapore HQ. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales and sales management.

As Regional Sales Manager you will be primarily responsible for prospecting and generating leads, along with pitching and closing sales in all WeWork locations across your markets. The self-driven candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our centralized Enterprise, Business development and Sales operations teams to increase Enterprise memberships within their portfolio. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performance metrics that are key to the success of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales teams across multiple markets

  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives

  • Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, attending networking events, marketing activation, etc.)

  • Demonstrate WeWork benefits and solutions to potential new members

  • Personal Sales contribution to be present by Regional Sales Managers

  • Effective market pipeline management and reporting

  • Drive process management

  • Cultivating and maintaining strategic client relationships

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful placement and member growth

  • Represent the sales team in business performance reviews

  • Developing innovative and creative sales methods

  • Ensuring the team constantly exceeds KPIs



Experience/Qualifications

  • Fluency in verbal and written English required. Fluency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

  • 6-8 years of sales experience, 2-4+ years of sales management experience

  • Presentation and communication skills required

  • Detail orientation and organization skills required

  • Business development experience required

  • Ability to penetrate new markets and build business relationships

  • Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Commercial real estate sales experience a plus

  • B2B business solutions experience a plus

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
