WeWork’s Partnerships Team is focused on creating meaningful partnerships that add value to our Members and generate commercial opportunities for WeWork. We leverage WeWork’s physical and digital channels to create integrated marketing opportunities for our partners to access and engage with our members. Our partnerships range from B2B platforms and products to optimize our Members in their work life, along with B2C brands that benefit our Members in their day-to-day life.

The Role: 

The Sr. Director of Partnerships is a sales leader who understands how to create unique and complex deals with large organizations. This individual manages our partnerships team and leads larger deals with key partners, particularly focused on proposals, negotiation and continued executive account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of high-performance salespeople, account managers, and project managers 

  • Exceed team revenue targets

  • Fully own and understand the nuances and business models of partners within their category(ies), and continue to build expertise and relationships

  • Lead full sales cycle for the largest clients and deal opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, Ops, Community, and other teams as needed

  • Ensure seamless execution of partnerships

  • Lead and manage high profile projects

  • Lead the creation of external and internal collateral for partners, pitch decks, and training 

  • Manage and maintain all reporting tools and platforms across Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing a client-facing sales, business development, or partnerships team

  • 5+ years experience developing and closing complex, seven-figure partnership deal structures

  • 10+ years leading full sales cycles

  • Proven track record working with C-level and senior executives across Fortune 1000 organizations

  • Proven track record of exceeding seven-figure sales targets

  • Client and partner relationships within key categories across Fortune 1000 organizations

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, PPT / Google Slides

  • Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
