What you will be doing:

  • Achieves and develops rapport with the local companies, airlines and Destination Management Companies through personal association.
  • Conducts site inspections when needed.
  • Determines with the Director of Sales/ Assistant Director of Sales the pricing strategies regarding his/her specific segment.
  • Observes keenly the market to find out where the clients are booking and if there are new project in the city and the companies involved in these projects.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
  • Ensures that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximizes up selling opportunities whenever possible.
    • Achieves sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
    • Keeps a finger on the posed regarding pricing in the marketplace, rooms as well as Food and Beverage
    • Checks market information and performance of the competitive hotel revenues.
  • Updates the Director of Sales & Marketing on the negotiation event / progress of each group.
  • Assists Director of Sales/ Assistant Director of Sales in preparation of the Market Analysis, Sales Goals, Marketing Plan, special programs and other special reports for hotel management.

  • Your experience and skills include:

    • Experience in Corporate & MICE in a 5-star Hotel in Kuwait.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
