Department: Front Office
Program: Hospitality and Business Internship
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Intake: May and June 2023
FRONT OFFICE - RESPONSIBILITIES
● Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
● Perform check-in & check-out procedures
● Providing front desk services to guests
● Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
● Processing guest payments
● Respond to customer queries via phone or email
● Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
● Communication with all departments to fulfil guest requests
● Handle complaints & diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests
● Other related duties in the Front Office department
