F&B Financial Controller

Bagatelle Group is currently recruiting its future F&B Financial Controller to monitor and improve the group's performance in relation to Finance and International Accounting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop organization, procedures and tools to monitor and improve the margins of the group’s restaurants in coordination with the chefs and purchasing.
- Assist administrative and operational teams in processing purchases, inventories & consumption.
- Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting/dashboards.
- Provide the accounting department with extra accounting elements to ensure better conformity with the economic reality of activities.
- Identify areas of optimization and help operational managers achieve savings.
- Monitor discrepancies between forecast VS actual objectives and propose a corrective course of action if necessary.
- Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.

Sobre ti
About you
- Higher education in accounting or F&B industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on similar positions in International F&B environments.
- Fluency in desktop Business Intelligence, from ETL (extraction/treatment/loading) to report design.
- Capacity to pilot data structure evolution (convergence of local IT systems to generate “group” reports).
- Ability to analyze, control and summarize while working in a complex organization.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Mastery of Excel, Power Point and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Easy Planet tools.
- Higher education in accounting or F&B industry.
