About the role
You are passionate about supporting the Front of House team ensuring the guest experience is on high standard creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:
Reporting to the Front of House Supervisor, you will be creating an exceptional Guest journey from arrival to departure. You will create a positive stay, with keen eyes o our guest experience and satisfaction, and will be active part of our collaborative to achieve our goal of being in the top 25 TripAdvisor recommended hotels in London. You will be fluent in all Hilton Brand Standards, Property Management System and will be eager to discover the neighbourhood areas, local attractions to share with our guests. You will be empowered of maximising guest satisfaction, measured through SALT, Tripadvisor and other social and booking platforms
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Receives guest calls in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring guest expectations are always exceeded.
- Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- To handle every query in a polite and courteous manner.
- To ensure total guest satisfaction by ensuring message taking is correctly.
- Ensures any faults or modifications are reported to the supervisor.
- Ensures guests are greeted upon calling to the correct standard.
- Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Ensures that a high level of customer service is consistently maintained
- Ensures a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local areas.
- Ensures the correct operation of the switchboard to effect the fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
- Takes messages for guests and management to the required standard.
- Deals with any complaint, taking action as appropriated and communicating this to the Supervisor.
- Attends department communication meetings.
- Maintains an awareness of Sales Opportunities maximizing revenue.
- Establishes, promotes and maintains good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintains regular and effective liaison between other departments with particular emphasis of Front Office.
