Cape of Senses, in the middle of a Mediterranean landscape, invites its guests to rediscover all their senses. An essential part of this experience is the F&B offer that accompanies this journey and respects the values of territoriality, sustainability and authenticity on which the Cape of Senses concept is based.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager (f/m/d) capable of managing a comprehensive F&B offer and passionate about our two restaurants: the Osteria and the Fine Dining Restaurant. This new project offers unlimited opportunities and potential for a person who can recognize them and is motivated to turn them into success. The position foresees the collaboration in the development of the entire F&B concept, as well as the careful selection and long-term management of the network of producers and suppliers.
We are looking for:
Experience in leading service teams with numerous employees.
Strong leadership and team building skills
Communication and motivation skills
Knowledge of Italian, English and German
Reliable, responsible, ambitious, innovative
Dynamic and flexible
Annual contract (open 11 months per year, no seasons)
