Responsible for developing an ongoing Asset Protection program. Assist with building proactive programs to sustain a high level of Asset Protection awareness in our boutiques. Support our Lease / MBR partners and AP Regionals partners. Must have the ability to detect and resolve internal theft issues. It also requires a partnership with the PR, WFJ, Events, HR, Fashion Ops and Store Planning, and Treasury teams to ensure that all processes are efficient and contribute to the goal of maximum profitability and minimizing loss.

Work with management to identify issues and facilitate a proactive approach to development of Loss Prevention programs

· Work with the Lease / MBR locations and standardize Brand Protection.

· Development of a clear strategy for the proactive reduction of shrink with Regionals · Internal theft investigations coordinating with HR and Corp partners on resolutions.

· Maintain incident reporting system and tracking (LPMS) · Responsible for overseeing successful movement of merchandise ie. WFJ and for PR Events in your area of responsibility.

· Develop and reinforce all Asset Protection policies, procedures and programs. · Partnership with Treasury to ensure the proper inventory of Art and Asset Class items are accounted for.

· Development of systems and programs aimed at decreasing shrink and improving profitability and efficiency

· Maintain and develop a detailed security program in response to high risk or shrink results.

· Partner with Store Design regarding layout CCTV, alarms, safes, vaults, or any location specific devices.

· Constant coordination with other Regionals to ensure alignment and Training of monthly high priority topics

· Manage all Alarm /CCTV installations, code changes, reporting of early openings and late closings and off hour repairs, overnight guard requests.

· Respond to Confidential Tip line – investigate and react accordingly w/ HR and senior management.

· National Guards - Budgets- training and pursuing standards

Maintain a monthly AP budget to call out risk and opportunity in a timely manner. Assist with developing video training platform to help ensure all employees have access to training materials. Assist with tracking an acknowledgement online so we can identify who has been trained on AP topics.

Interview and Interrogation experience

· Knowledge of local and State Criminal laws and Employment laws

· Multi-store experience in a luxury environment

· Inventory Control background

· Proven track record in development and training of LP awareness program

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice preferred or equivalent work experience required.

7-10 years work experience required

Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
