We are hiring Pastry Sous Chef.

 

As a Pastry Sous Chef, we rely on you to:

  • Made the production plan of the bakery, and was fully responsible for the preparation and cooking of the meals in the bakery
  • Strictly implement food hygiene, keep kitchen utensils clean and tidy, and ensure guests'' food safety
  • Formulated dim sum cost and controlled gross profit margin
  • Prepare food tasks, quantities and specifications
  • Conducted cooking supervision, provided technical guidance to staff, and checked quality and quantity
  • Supervise the updating of the pastry display at the hotel counter
  • Responsible for the training and management of department staff
     


We are looking for someone who:

  • At least 3 years working experience in bakery
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Familiar with dessert making and brave in innovation
  • Good leadership and responsibility
