Responsible for ensuring the Pastry kitchens operation continues to consistently produce the highest quality standards we are known for. Supervising and coordinating the kitchen operations with a hands on approach, managing a team of kitchen personnel. Supporting the Executive chef for menus developing to be in line with market trends. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of kitchen sanitation & food hygiene measures.
