Desde DO & CO estamos en búsqueda de Ayudantes de Cold Kitchen para nuestro catering. Sus principales funciones serían las siguientes:
- Recepción de alimentos crudos de las cámaras.
- Limpiar, picar o pelar los alimentos.
- Corte de alimentos según especificaciones de la receta y de manera autónoma.
- Apoyo en la preparación de platos, de manera autónoma, siguiendo las especificaciones de la receta.
- Ubicación de alimentos preparados en cámaras o abatidores para su enfriado.
- Gestión del orden y limpieza del área.
- Cumplir con los estándares de higiene y calidad de los alimentos.
