Encargado/a Pastelería
Sobre el trabajo
Desde DO & CO estamos en búsqueda de un/a Encargados/as de Pastelería para nuestro catering. Sus principales funciones son las siguentes:
- Organizar el trabajo del personal a su cargo y las actividades de éstos.
- Organizar los platos que se van a preparar.
- Control y supervisión de las tareas (control de pesos, calidad…) según especificaciones.
- Revisar y controlar el material de uso en pastelería, comunicando cualquier incidencia al respecto.
- Realización de pedidos a almacén en ausencia del Sous Chef.
- Gestión del orden y limpieza del área.
- Control de temperatura de la cámara congeladora.
- Colaborar en la instrucción del personal a su cargo.
