About the job
Lobby Ambassdor is responsible for creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the guests, before guest arrival, during their stay, and after guest departure. Major responsibilities include the room arrangement according to guest’s preferences, in room services as check in, check out, replenishment of amenities and dining.Ensuring a high level of personalized guest services at all times beyond the guest’s expectations. Dedicated and pro active to accomplish any request the guest might have or assistance the guest need. Assuring a proper follow up on guest comments in a respective time frame.
1.Awareness of the different room categories and the room features
2.Conscious of guest’s preferences and needs
3.Manage guest profile & history, and prepare VIP alert, personalized welcome card for guest
4.Ensuring a smooth check in procedure according to the Brand Service Standards
5.Attentive to guest’s inquiries and requests at all times,ensure a follow up is done within the respective time frame
6.Be proactive in offering assistance to the guest
7.Show Hilton Values, especially for intigrety, be familiar with Hilton Honors product knowledge
Achieve monthly Honors enrolment target
8.To have knowledge of Hilton Worldwide Programs, e.g. HHonors, SALT, Guest History etc
9.Provide in room check in, room orientation and basic hotel introduction, check out for all guests
Degree College and Hospitality Major // Gender :Female // Computer skill :Office

Requirements: At least 18 years old, student or graduated within 5 years in the subject areas of the internship.
Benefits: 3 meals in staff canteen, uniform, accomdation
Stipend: RMB 2500 - Monthly (Scholarship of RMB 3000 at the end of internship)
Other benefits from program: 2 weeks Chinese Culture classes(Scholarship covered)
