To respond to individual and group requests-creating and updating reservations – follow up on bookings in order to optimize space, maximize revenue and secure accuracy of data.

• To understand market segmentation and booking channels
• To have a good knowledge of Office applications.
• To ensure that all clients receive a polite, professional and efficient reply to phone calls and e-mails.
• To follow up on emails and handle all requests accurately and in a timely manner
• To pro-actively identify customer and group needs and communicate all data efficiently to other hotel departments (Sales, Reception, Accounting, Housekeeping)
• To enter all data into accurately and send confirmations or offers through different channels
• To help with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, preparing invoices, follow-up on deposit payments, printing of reports, sales calls
• To have effective communication with the Meeting & Events Operations team, reservations, F&B team and make sure perfect handover is made to ensure a successful event to the client.
  • According to internship agreement (500€/month for non-Belgian trainees). Reimbursement of transportation cost.

Internship agreement with school. Position available for a 6 months period minimum. . Knowledge of English and French languages is required.
