We are looking for an intern for the HR department, with the following FUNCTIONS:

- Provide support in the incorporation of new talent, assisting in the review of documentation and filing.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and selection of new talent, by screening CVs, telephone filters and supporting the organisation of interviews.
- Support in the management of social security and IT sick leave.
- Participation in HR department projects.
- Providing support in internal and external communication: employee benefits, publication of vacancies in dissemination channels.
- Other administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the department.

We are looking for an intern for the Administration department, with the following FUNCTIONS:

- Support in administrative functions: document control, filing, information capture and information analysis.
- Management of supplier and client invoicing.
- Invoice accounting.
- Analysis and calculation of suppliers and customers.
- Calculation and follow-up of provisions.
- Analysis of debit or credit balances.
- Performing bank reconciliations and accounting entries.
- Providing administrative support.
- Preparation of reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
- Updating data in the system.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum studies: Higher Level Training Cycle in Hospitality / Finance / HR or Labour.
- Knowledge of accounting, tax and administrative matters.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- As this is an international company, you must have an advanced level of English.
- 6 months internship with full availability.
- Office skills (advanced Excel, Power Point, Word).
