About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of PR Coordinator
We currently have an opportunity for a PR Coordinator to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Director of PR, you will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a successful career with global potential, and you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the communications plan based on commercial objectives and aligned with the sales plan and social media strategy.
Responsibilities will include preparing reports on media coverage data, developing media and opinion leaders contacts, maintaining press database contacts, coordinating photo and video shoots, managing the Four Seasons press room and image library, taking care of journalist and influencer reservations, ensuring hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication including guest room and outlet collateral, brochures and hotel signage, website update, assisting in the deployment of planned and budgeted tactics in the annual PR plan, attending media visits and coordinating all aspects of the visits, assisting in the preparation of press releases, implementing and managing social media through engaging daily content and communicating with followers, and researching on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Our Ideal PR Coordinator will have:
A minimum of 2 years of PR experience, be digitally savvy, and have a special talent and passion for PR and social media.
You should have proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Management tools, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, an eye for detail, curiosity, and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel!
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
