Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. You will be promoting the Four Seasons Hotel Doha for Corporate & Leisure Clients. Not only will you service existing clients and agents, but you'll also seek new clients and as part of a wider team of Sales Executives, you will endeavor to achieve sales targets and the team's overall objectives. 

  • Prospecting and securing individual and group bookings accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan and in concert with WSO effort.

  • Soliciting and securing business from key corporate accounts and travel industry sources.

  • Adding value for guests while nurturing long-lasting client relationships and maintaining effective correspondence with all potential and existing clients.

  • Supporting the Director of Sales and leadership in the creation and review of sales reports.

  • Following up on all business inquiries/ leads and qualifying business to generate room nights and impact RevPAR performance and on all pending and currently booked business details.

  • Create and execute account plans for top 20 accounts and make recommendations re yield management, room night production, sales activities, etc.

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.

  • Producing monthly sales recaps of market achievement based upon marketing plan objectives.

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong Golden: Sales & Catering System hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

  • Understanding and maximizing the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) involved with corporate and travel industry business.

  • Participating in sales meetings, pipeline meetings and leadership meetings as required. 

  • Initiating booking feedback as needed with the DOS, DOM and GM during the sales process up to and including contract. 



Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Luxury hotel Sales experience.

  • A Proven sales track record is a plus.

  • College education or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ideally, you will have experience working with reservations systems and be comfortable working in a multicultural environment with a strong understanding of the Doha market.

  • Preferably Arabic Speaker
