Do you possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a consistent track record to build and cultivate relationships? If you do, this role may be for you!

The Regional Director of Revenue Management will support organizational objectives through direct interaction with franchise management companies and hotels. Leadership skills will be crucial to drive performance premiums, educate and influence our franchise partners, and achieve established target metrics. Your work will include performance and root cause analysis, effective execution of strategies, corrective action identification and execution, and regular updates to leadership. Communication skills are important, as you will frequently engage in writing and live presentations with both internal and external partners.

You may serve as a liaison to multiple strategic partners, including other Commercial Support teams (i.e. the RMCC, Product Teams, eCommerce, etc.), Brand Performance Support, Owner Relations, and external partners like owners and management company leaders. You will collaborate with our franchise partners to drive the commercial success of hotels while exhibiting Hilton’s outstanding culture and service.

More specifically, you will:

  • Monitor hotel portfolios for market share and revenue performance, business process compliance, and revenue opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers for franchise hotel teams to optimize performance per Hilton’s specified measures of success
  • Influence other teams to accomplish the organization’s objectives through motivation, communication, innovation, partnership, and leadership
  • Ensure accurate execution of the mentorship and strategic oversight from Commercial leadership
  • Contribute to critical analysis on company-wide decisions affecting pricing, occupancy, revenue goals, and product line sales strategies
  • Apply your expertise in revenue management to craft our approach to successfully achieving critical metric targets

  • Excellent social skills that build trust and instill confidence to empower and influence others
  • Effectively prioritizing all tasks, managing time, and supporting others in doing the same
  • Demonstrated understanding of the factors that influence commercial/revenue performance for hotels, and how to engage appropriate levers/tactics to achieve desired results
  • Ability to assess the skills and capabilities of others responsible for delivering revenue and commercial success in hotels
