Award-winning luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Beijing seeks a qualified and experienced Senior Sales Manager-MICE
In this position, you will be responsible for maximising total revenue potential for Park Hyatt Beijing across the meetings, incentives and corporate events market segments groups with a business focus on both retention and acquisition. Demonstrating a proactive approach to sales, encouraging effective inter-departmental team work while being an internal role model for Hyatt selling techniques and Park Hyatt customer service is crucial to the role. You will also build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients and other market & industry sources.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management/Sales & Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role within 5 star hotel market.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets, acquiring and retaining business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
