At Iberostar we are looking for a Customer Research Assistant to join our Marketing team in Palma de Mallorca, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us, Iberostar Group:

You will be part of the Customer Intelligence area inside the Customer Insights Department in Marketing. Its main goal is to help in the better understanding of our potential guests providing useful information that helps the organization to drive their different projects with a guest centric approach. Also to be aware of trends in the industry and innovative ways to obtain third party data to enrich our buyer persona profiles.

As a Customer Research Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

- Supporting the contact with international Market Research Agencies.
- Helping in projects of Market Research and transforming the outputs in insights for the department.
- Coordinating and supporting the specific market research projects to get valuable insights & market trends with external agencies.
- Assisting in the presentation of the results and creating executive reports to share the insights.
- Looking for innovative ways to know better our potential guests.
- Following the trends and customer insights in the Travel Industry.
- Collaborating in the efficient distribution of the customer insights among the organisation.

Requisitos

What do we expect from you?

- Graduated in Business Administration, Economy, Market Research or similar.
- Previous experience in Tourism sector of at least 2 years.
- Good knowledge in the project management (market research) and reports and analysis development.
- English is key (at least C1).
- Deep knowledge of the analysis and digital tools like Excel, PowerBI (as user), Powerpoint, dashboarding…
- We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who will be responsible to manage projects with external companies.
- Be an innovative person eager to continuously learn, take challenges and be a good team player.
