The Commercial projects Manager will join the Retail EMEA team, directly supporting the implementation of key projects necessary to drive our business objectives.

Projects include: marketing and CRM actions, innovative store concepts development, key store openings, events and cultural campaigns.

Those transversal projects will involve working with commercial teams, operations, visual Merchandising, Marketing, CRM and other. You will work closely with functional leaders to ensure that projects receive the correct level of resourcing and attention to deliver on the desired goals on time.

As responsible of project coordination, you will be involved in all project phases: planning, execution, tracking and evaluation.

The ideal candidate has a solid retail/luxury experience combined with project Management experience in the industry or consulting.

You have strong quantitative and problem framing skills and possess excellent communication, listening and mediation skills to help prioritizing strategic initiatives.

Your role will be:

  • Coordinate all phases of commercial projects, from planning to execution.
  • Support specific project teams where required, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring project success.
  • Deploy Project Management capability to codify, prioritize, scope, and track the key projects identified.
  • Develop presentation materials to socialize project prioritization with Leadership and gain approval
  • Provide periodic reporting on projects’ progress, calling out areas of attention and facilitating cross-functional collaboration (resources, priorities, etc.)
  • Investigate drivers of project delays and offer advice to team leads
  • Foster adoption of Project Management best practices in the team


What is important for the role (requirements):

  • Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in retail/luxury industry
  • Previous experience in Project Management roles or Consulting
  • Experience in Agile methodologies valued
  • Demonstrable analytical skills (problem framing and solving)
  • Attention to detail to develop zero-defect, analysis and presentation materials
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power-point and project management software
  • Developed communication skills both written and verbal to deliver clear content and well-balanced narratives
  • Excellent fluency in English (C2 level) as working documentation, emails and meetings will be largely conducted in English
  • Highly collaborative working style & empathy: as a support function we thrive on listening to our internal client functions and in partnering with them to be successful. The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and enjoys collaborative problem solving and debating different ideas in a respectful and constructive manner
  • Proactiveness and a self-starter orientation: you are motivated by solving tough problems and proactively develop an action plan to tackling the work at hand
  • Well-organized with ability to propose a prioritization for own work, maintain a personal work-plan and estimate work completion times, delivering results on time
  • Flexibility: ability to re-prioritize efforts as priorities change and seeing new developments as opportunities
  • International work experience a plus
