About the role...  

As a Guest Experience Host and LEGOLAND Florida Resort Model Citizen (employee), you will be working part-time within our admissions team. You will be delivering awesome guest service, engaging in playful guest interactions and exceeding guest expectations all while preserving LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s highest standards of safety, cleanliness, sanitation and overall performance.

- CONNECT  with guests by providing awesome first impressions and meaningful last impressions. 
- PLAY 
with guests by creating unique and memorable experiences!
- SOLVE 
guest challenges to ensure there is a smile on the face of every child!
- SURPRISE 
by exceeding guest expectations.  Provide exceptional experiences to keep our guests coming back.

Who we’re looking for...
- Someone who can communicate to guests, young and old, and to fellow Model Citizen’s.
- Enthusiasm with a desire to deliver exceptional service and a team player – someone willing to go the extra mile for guests and each other.
- A contagious craving for FUN and a genuine longing to help others.
- Ability and desire to learn new things. While experience would be awesome it’s NOT required!

- Adherence to all health and safety protocols.  Pre-employment drug screening and the successful completion of certain training is required for some roles.
- High school level math skills.

Physical demands vary by position and may include:
- Intermittent and prolonged standing and mobility around the resort site.
- Finger dexterity sufficient to complete paperwork, use a computer and equipment.
- Visual acuity to read, complete paperwork and observe guests and equipment.
- Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone, both guests and employees.
- Some tasks may require moderate lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and other similar physical activity.

Work Environment:
- Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures, floor surfaces and possibly confined spaces.
- May include working outdoors in >95 degree heat, high humidity, rain and other inclement weather. 
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced, customer-facing, multi-tasking environment with extreme temperature changes. 

Other Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support resort operations.  Minimum of three (3) full days of open availability. Two (2) weekdays and one (1) weekend day.
- Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
