• Provide a gracious and proactive hospitality towards all guests, associates and suppliers. Show a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork and “Total Quality Management”
• Assist in holding and participate in the daily “15 minutes training”.
• Be familiar with all accounting and operation S.O.P.’s & LSOP’s & MIP related to cash handling and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Support General Cashier duties.
• Profile of vendors should be regularly Audited by Supervisor and maintain up to date.
• Prepare all payments according to deferral guidelines
• When preparing payment bank details should always be verify by Supervisor with last invoice to avoid wrong bank account usage.
• Reconcile & allocate payment into internal system, ensure that A&L account is balancing after each payment.
• Respect particular deadlines of payment.
• Ensure that at any time there are no vendor accounts which are in debit and obtain reimbursement when needed.
• Preparation of all required reports and A&L reconciliation in regard to accounts payable and month end closing.
• Maintain up to date and accurate archives system in order to guarantee legal compliance.
• Assist in all other month-end closing related duties assign by assistant.
• Maintain contract database update, including renewal of insurance certificate once per year.
• Follow up daily on any commission claim & reminder by transferring them to CTAC within 48h
• Control the supplier’s reminder daily and ensure proper follow up on issue to avoid any penalties of payment delay.
• Perform all other projects assigned by the Management Team.
• Keep involved in all necessary meetings and maintain productive and good working relations to all departments.
