TimeVallée,  from architectural codes to the trendiest selection of desirable brands & products, TimeVallée has become an undisputed luxury anchorage for fine timekeepers since its creation in 2014.

Currently distributing 20 fine watchmaking Maisons throughout over 20 global stores mainland located in Mainland China.

With the recent creation of our China office located in Shanghai Richemont office, we are looking for a Commercial Director to lead the commercial development of TimeVallée is Mainland China with the following main objectvies 

1. Accelerating TimeVallee’s physical distribution expansion in Mainland China.

2. Lead the Business development department and lead discussion with Landlords and partners to ensure a suitable development of TimeVallee in Mainland China.     

3. Retailization Program – Lead the implementation of our Global Retail strategy & KPIs: Retail excellent, Client program, Training program, operation tools implementation (e.g BOOSTER, CRM loyalty program… )

The nominated TIMEVALLEE CHINA COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR will therefore be responsible for providing commercial strategic and Retail operational excellence for TimeVallee, reporting directly to the TIMEVALLEE Mainland China CEO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead all business development initiative to support TimeVallee expansion in Mainland China
  • Set clear sales objectives per partner, per door and implement action to reach those objectives.
  • Lead business analyse initiative on cities, mall and make recommendations on the distribution expansion
  • Lead & develop relationship with partners, landlords
  • Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve commercial operational and effectiveness of the TimeVallee China distribution
  • Improve all Retail procedures and set clear Retail KPIs.
  • Create a Sales force TimeVallee community to create unity and implement best retail practices among all TimeVallee.
  • Support & strengthen Strategic alliance with major Partners
  • Coordinate Maison commercial action plan at POS level.
  • Ensure full implementation of Commercial activation plan at partner and POS level.
  • Lead & develop the commercial & Training Teams
  • Coordinate with the FHH all the training program adapted to the local needs & specific to TimeVallee.
